Collection: Rice ball and sandwich reservations (for in-store pickup)

We are now trialing a reservation (lay-away) system so that you can purchase the rice balls and sandwiches you want when you visit our store.

procedure

①Add the rice balls or sandwiches you wish to reserve to your cart for ¥0 and pay.

② Please enter the date and time of your visit in "Visit time (required when making a reservation)". Please visit between 8:00 and 16:00 on the day of your visit (shipping is not available).

Both procedures ① and ② are required.

→When you visit the Tateyama Thunderbird physical store, please pay in cash.

If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be cancelled. In addition, we will not be able to accept your next reservation.

Depending on availability, we accept reservations up to 3 days in advance.
If we are unable to accept your reservation due to busy periods, we may contact you by email to inform you that we are unable to accept your reservation.

In principle, cancellations are not permitted.
