These rice crackers are made in the fertile Nanto region of Toyama Prefecture, surrounded by beautiful mountains, using 100% domestic glutinous rice and deep underground water pumped up from 100 meters underground. Rausu kelp, known as the king of kelp, is kneaded into the dough and each and every grain is carefully baked.
No chemical seasonings are used, only powdered kelp from southern Hokkaido and salt.
