The coffee beans are cultivated using natural farming methods in the Ywangan region of Myanmar, at altitudes ranging from 1,190m to 1,805m. The "Amaya Coffee" of the Danu ethnic minority, who advocate for "escaping poverty" and "women's independence and empowerment," has achieved specialty coffee certification, a distinction held by only 5% of the world's coffee beans.The women carefully hand-sort, process, and sun-dry the beans.
　The beans, imbued with the aspirations of the Danu people, are sourced directly from the production area through fair trade and then roasted and processed by users of Stride Club, a facility in Shibuya Ward that supports employment for people with disabilities.
